At Stay Mello Creative, we are committed to delivering your orders in the best possible condition and within the promised time frame. We offer free shipping on all orders above $50. For orders below $50, a standard shipping fee of $5 will be applied. We use eco-friendly packaging materials to minimize our impact on the environment. If you have any questions about our shipping policy, please feel free to contact us. We take great care in packing and shipping your orders, but in case there is any damage to the product during shipping, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to replace the product at no extra cost.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Stay Mello Creative, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and the shipping charges for the return will be borne by the customer.
